Milly the Turtle is kind, thoughtful and curious. She

loves shiny rocks, quiet walks and spending time

with her friends. Sometimes, Milly gets really

excited and wants to go first. When this happens, she practices taking deep breaths and waiting her turn. Milly is learning that waiting can help everyone feel happy and calm. Just like Milly we can all learn new skills every day.
